Permit Information

Prepare the following for each firearm you are bringing and submit it to your Regional Director accordingly:

• Brand
• Model
• Caliber
• Serial Number

Typos or mistakes in serial numbers may result in denied entry to Indonesia. We are unable to assist in that case. Please triple check that your serial number is 100% correct.

*You are responsible for the temporary export/import paperwork and process for your country.

• 3 weeks before the match start date, we will send you your temporary import/export paperwork for Indonesia. Double check that the document contains the correct firearm detail(s), especially the serial number(s).
• 1 week before your flight, contact your airline and notify them that you are bringing firearms in case there is any additional paperwork or procedure (varies by airline)
• Ensure you have all paperwork (passport with minimum 6 months validity, export/import papers from your country if needed, and import/export paperwork for Indonesia)

AIRPORT TRANSFER PROCEDURE

FROM AIRPORT (ARRIVAL)

1. After disembarking from the airplane, clear immigration as usual.
2. At the baggage claim area, there will be individuals with Australasia passes who will assist you with firearms and ammunition customs clearance.
3. After firearms and ammunition are cleared by customs, Bali Police will escort the firearms to the armory you are assigned where they will be stored until needed.

TO AIRPORT (DEPARTURE)

1. Bali Police will transport the firearms from the armory to the airport 3 hours before your scheduled departure time (according to the flight information you provide to us via IPSC portal)
2. There will be individuals with Australasia passes who will assist you with firearms customs clearance until your firearms are checked in.
3. Go through immigration and board your flight.

GENTLE REMINDERS

– Know your airlines’ policies. Generally you need to notify your airlines 5-10 days before departure that you are flying with firearms and ammunition.
– Double check that your name, passport number, and firearm details are 100% correct in the Indonesian entry-exit permit.
